100-Day Returns
Linen softens beautifully with each wash, and we want you to have time to experience that transformation. That’s why we offer a 100-day return window on all orders (excluding renewed bedding and clearance items). Some exceptions apply—see our Refunds and Returns Policy for details. 

• Not all linen is created equal. While some bedding is made from flax grown in regions that rely on heavy irrigation or intensive agricultural inputs, our bedding is crafted from traceable European flax sourced from France, Belgium, and the Netherlands — the natural home of the world’s finest linen, often referred to as the Flax Belt.
  
  Flax grown in this region is naturally rain-fed and well suited to the local climate, producing long, strong fibers that result in linen that’s softer, smoother, and more durable over time. It’s where quality meets thoughtful sourcing — naturally.
  
  

• Our bedding is designed with comfort and well-being in mind. All of our linen is certified under the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 and Masters of Flax Fibre® labels, which guarantee that what you sleep in is free from harmful chemicals, ethically manufactured under European fair labor laws, from 100% European flax, and fully traceable. We take our responsibility to both you and the planet seriously. 
  
  
• We sell directly to you — no retail markups, no unnecessary middlemen. By keeping our model simple, we’re able to invest where it matters most: materials, craftsmanship, and quality control. The result is European linen bedding of exceptional quality, offered at a price that traditional retail models simply cannot match.
  
  
• We work only with experienced European partners and manufacture our bedding in Portugal, where linen craftsmanship spans generations. Each piece is woven, sewn, and finished with care, then garment washed for exceptional softness right out of the box.
